This is a full buyout rental for just four people: the entire historic property, its lush gardens, and—most magically—their own private cenote are reserved exclusively for you. You will be staying at Casa Casco (the main house), a 400 m² open-concept masterpiece where a luxurious bedroom with a king-size bed is seamlessly integrated with a spacious kitchen and living room. High beamed ceilings and soft natural light create the perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort. Right outside the main house, there is a small plunge pool (approximately 30 m³), the perfect spot for a refreshing dip at any time of day. Just 100 meters from Casa Casco, you will find Cabana Uno, a beautiful cabin with glass panels and sliding doors that open onto an almost 270-degree view of a private garden and an outdoor shower. It features a comfortable queen-size bed and feels like a haven floating in the jungle. The private cenote on the property is for you alone—an idyllic, crystal-clear pool surrounded by jungle, perfect for morning dips, floating at sunset, or quiet moments with a book while butterflies flutter around you. A shaded terrace invites you to enjoy leisurely breakfasts with coffee, and outdoor spaces encourage long conversations under the stars. Three lovely dogs live on the property and are part of the family. They may bark occasionally at night—it's their way of keeping wild animals (such as deer or lizards) away so they can sleep peacefully in the quiet countryside. Important note for a true digital detox experience: There is no Wi-Fi on the property. Cell phone service is spotty at best. It's designed like this: a place to completely disconnect, reconnect with each other, and immerse yourself in nature. The journey here is part of the adventure: approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes from Mérida, with the final 30 minutes along a scenic (and at times uneven) dirt road that leads you into the heart of the peaceful Mayan countryside. Every evening, you will return to total silence and absolute privacy. It is just 10 minutes from the famous Cuzamá cenotes by wagon and 25 minutes from the ancient Mayan city of Mayapán, although most guests don't want to leave the property.
