Brand new in 2017, our luxurious Garden Apartment is the perfect getaway for romantic couples and solo travellers visiting Torquay, and an excellent base for exploring Devon and the SW. The charming, light & airy bedroom has a romantic, luxurious Victorian brass king bed, glass door onto the private patio and a stylish and spacious en-suite with powerful shower. The large private patio is a real sun-trap and perfect for alfresco dining, or simply relaxing on the sun loungers. The open plan kitchen/lounge is fully fitted with quality appliances, comfortable easy chair and settee, as well as 40 inch LED Freeview HD TV and DVD player. There is also a dining table with chairs for two in the alcove, which can also be used as a place to work for guests on business. Free WiFi is provided. All bed linen, towels and a welcome pack of toiletries are included, and for guests staying for more than seven nights we offer a complimentary bedding & towel change as well as a light clean. The kitchen appliances include: a full Gas Cooker, Microwave, Toaster, Fridge & Mini-Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron & Ironing Board. The apartment also has Gas Central Heating with individual thermostatic adjustable radiators. We also supply guests with a comprehensive Welcome Pack of goodies which includes the basic essentials; tea, coffee, milk, sugar, etc. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the Garden Apartment with large private patio, which is south facing and a real sun trap. Off-road level parking is provided within the grounds. There are sun terraces and gardens surrounding the property and these are for use by both our B&B and Apartment guests. Dogs accepted in the Apartment, but please don't exercise them in communal gardens; there are lovely parks/gardens nearby and walks with stunning scenery right from our doorstep. Other things to note The Garden Apartment is located within Court Prior Boutique B&B, a beautiful Victorian villa. It has its own entrance accessible to the side of the building via a wide terrace with 3 steps down to a path, then 4 further steps down to the private patio and although these are gentle and well-spaced, they may not be suitable for people who have difficulty in walking. We do not accept bookings from groups or parts of groups such as stags and hens; any such bookings will be regarded as having been made in breach of our terms. We are dog friendly and can supply bowls and blankets if required. However, your 4 legged friend must not be left unattended in the Apartment at any time; it’s their holiday too and Torquay is abundant with dog friendly restaurants and cafes :-).
