It is near the small town Dombóvár with many amenities, as well as convenient for day trips to Lake Balaton, to interesting cultural towns or to the capital Budapest. The space The holiday house fully newly renovated and furnished in 2016 on a 350m² garden site provides 33m² of living space, comprising a bedroom, a cosy living and dining room with a comfortable sofa corner, a separate and fully-equipped cooking niche, and a bathroom with a shower and WC. It can therefoe welcome up to four holiday guests. The little bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box spring bed (140 x 200cm) with one large mattress. After a day trip you can relax in the living room on the comfortable sofa, with the satellite TV (including German channels) providing entertainment in the evening. The sofa corner can easily be converted into a double bed 140cm wide. A dining table invites you to enjoy meals together. The cooking niche enables comprehensive self-catering with two cooking rings, a mini oven, a fridge, a coffee machine, kettle, plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Free bed linen and towels are provided. You can relax on the roofed veranda and the terrace with garden furniture behind the house. A grill is available for private use.
