Welcome to the Kaufmannshof in Wolfersweiler – a place where history comes to life. This listed property features high ceilings, stucco, and extensive grounds with an enchanting courtyard and a beautiful garden. Children can explore the large, 3,000 m² fully fenced, park-like grounds and discover the on-site playground. You can enjoy relaxing moments with family and friends on the terraces or in front of the fireplace. The space The Kaufmannshof is a lovingly restored cultural monument that has retained its historic character and looks back on a history dating back to the 18th century. With 300 m² of living space, our house offers 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 kitchens, providing the ideal space for special getaways. The property & garden This 3,000 m² fully fenced area with a lockable courtyard gate offers plenty of space and privacy for a relaxing stay. The park-like garden with its fruit trees and berry bushes invites you to explore the greenery, while the private playground and a child-safe fountain in the courtyard provide variety. Our "Saarland piazza" in the courtyard promises special evenings: enjoy the atmosphere with the soothing splashing of the fountain or end the day by the warming fire basket in the atmospherically garden. A barbecue is also available for al fresco dining. Dogs are very welcome here and can enjoy safe exercise on the spacious grounds. Plenty of space to feel at home: Rooms & amenities Our house offers generous space for families and groups on three floors: Ground floor: o Large living room with fireplace for cozy hours. o Separate dining room and a large, well-equipped kitchen: in addition to the standard equipment, you will find an espresso machine, a milk frother, a waffle iron, a very large refrigerator, a separate freezer, and much more. o Home office with its own oven, screen (HDMI connection), and keyboard for free use— ideal for mobile working. o Bathroom with shower, washer-dryer, and changing table. First floor: o Three bedrooms: bedroom 1 (160 cm), bedroom 2 (140 cm), bedroom 3 (120 cm & 90 cm). o Second kitchen for added flexibility. o Bathroom with shower tray. Second floor: o Two bedrooms: bedroom 4 (180 cm), bedroom 5 (140 cm). Services for the little ones For families, we are happy to provide a baby cot, a travel cot, a "TrippTrapp", and a classic high chair. A baby bouncer and a baby-phone are also available. We will charge 10€ for the baby cot/travel cot. Service & additional costs To make your stay as relaxing as possible, we charge the following flat rates: Cleaning fee: One-time fee per stay for professional cleaning of the 300 m² is included in price. Linen package: For your comfort, we offer a package (freshly made beds on arrival & a set of towels (bath towel/hand towel)). This is included in the price and no extra charges occur. Dogs welcome: We charge a small pet fee of €30 per stay to cover the additional cleaning costs. Wi-Fi & technology: Fast fiber optic Wi-Fi and smart TV are available. Please note that reception may be limited on the 1st and 2nd floors due to the solid construction of the old building – you can surf at full speed on the ground floor and in the office. Location & activities Bostalsee lake is just 10 minutes away by car (30 minutes by bike path directly from the house). Premium hiking trails start in the immediate vicinity. You can arrive by bus directly in front of the property. Important information To preserve the peace and quiet of our farm, parties and events are not permitted.
