Lotsatorpet - Cottage in Blomberg

Older charming house with large garden in a pleasant location with 500 meters to public beach, and small boat marina. The larger house has 2 bedrooms (upstairs), a living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. Main bedroom is private with door and double bed, second room has two single beds with plenty of space for extra folding beds. Modernly equipped. Lotsatorpet is located close to Kinnekulle, Lidköping, and Hornborjarsjön. Train station is only 700 meters from the house. The space There are two houses on the property. The larger old house has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, living room, dining room (6 seats). Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed, and two single beds in the common room. There is room for extra beds in the common room (2 folding beds available, extra pillows & blankets upon request). The small cottage is single story with a separate bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and a smaller washing machine. The smaller cottage has a bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchenette, one bedroom with a double bed, smaller living room with a sofa bed (sleeps 2) and dining table (4 seats). The terrace is large and has seating for 8 persons (additional two to four seats can easily be added with the dining table chairs from the houses). Two older lounge chairs are also available. Guest access All rentals get full access to both houses and all rooms. Only one locked cupboard for utilities upstairs in the larger house. Long term stay over 31 days is possible during low season (October 1 - March 31) and stays during this time will also be further discounted. Other things to note The fireplaces are NOT working and use is prohibited. Please note that we occasionally have cats in the house. We can arrange beach towels and extra requests for a small additional fee. 2 sit-on-top kayaks (2-person) and two bicycles are available for guest use.
