The space House located 4 km from downtown Carlópolis in a gated community, with a beautiful view of the dam, mountains and beautiful landscaping. The house has approximately 240 square meters of construction, a covered garage for 3 cars, plus 3 cars in the open and you can also park in front of the property. Upon entering, you will come across a living/dining room with double-height ceilings, with a sofa, armchair and dining table, also a TV with movie streaming. Go down the hallway and find the rooms. The first bedroom has 1 double bed and 2 single beds, with air conditioning (cold only). Then find a large bathroom. Next, another bedroom with 1 double bed and air-conditioning (hot and cold). And then the last bedroom, which is a suite, has a balcony door that gives access to the pool, TV with streaming, air conditioning (cold only) and a wardrobe and 2 extra single mattresses. All rooms have automated shutters. Returning down the hallway you will find the kitchen with a cooktop stove, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, cabinets and kitchen utensils. Next door you'll find the laundry room with a washing machine and double sink. Across the kitchen you will have access to the gourmet area, swimming pool and outdoor bathroom. Guest access Guests have access to the condominium and the dam. Other things to note Excellent location for sport fishing, close to tourist attractions. Very loud sounds are not allowed, especially after 10:00 p.m. Do not leave dirt on the condominium roads or on the beach. No smoking inside the house, outside is permitted. Do not walk on the laminate floor with wet feet. The house has a balcony overlooking the dam, but as the house is new, it does not yet have a guardrail, so be careful with children.
