Super welcoming, cozy, and beautifully furnished, this villa has been upgraded for maximum comfort. It is in a quiet neighbourhood 20 minutes from Siena and one hour from Florence. The town is a ten minute walk and has a restaurant, two bars, hair dresser, post office, general store and grocery store. In summer there is a public pool at five minutes walk. A great place to relax after touring Tuscany. The space The home is nestled in a wooded setting, there are lovely trees which provide shade and privacy. The neighbourhood is quiet. At night you can see the constellations in the sky as there is no ambient light. At the same time you can walk into town and enjoy a delicious meal at the restaurant or a cocktail at the open bar. Guest access As guests you have full access to the first floor, which has four bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, large living/dining room and a terrace where you can have cocktails. Registration Details I applied for a CIN, but haven’t received it yet
