Akumal beachfront with amazing views

Discover a hidden gem at Half Moon Bay. A lovely complex located ON THE BEACH, where there are more turtles than people. Located just north of Akumal beach, the bay is a turtle nesting ground - you'll often find them on the beach or in the water during season. The beach is NEVER crowded and often ALL YOURS! Plus, the balcony is a perfect place to relax with wifi, concierge, and cleaners. why not play/work with an ocean breeze with sandy lunch breaks by the water? The space The apartment is a 2-bd condo - each with its own king bed and bath! AC in the bedrooms only, but the cross-breeze from windows and balcony is insanely refreshing. Open plan with dining and well-appointed kitchen. There is a smart TV to easily access your netflix acct. Drinking water provided, of course :) Because we are not on the ground floor, the balcony actually offers a bit more privacy and better views. We are a NON SMOKING property. Should you have a need to light up, you can smoke in the balcony. NOTE: We welcome one small dog per stay. We ask that you provide us a picture of your furry family member before finalizing any reservations. Lastly, Akumal beaches do get sargassum. This occurrence is unpredictable and we highly recommend that you check any sargassum monitoring or tracker for Akumal area should the sargassum is a concern. Other things to note As with most places in the area, the tap water is not for drinking. Filtered water is provided in the kitchen. Please be aware that from April-Nov the sea turtles seek refuge on the beach to lay eggs, and of course the eggs hatch! We take great care in the area to protect them with the help of CEA (Ecological Center of Akumal, ceaakumal.org) and ask that you do too. Please, please follow the general rules to help them. Flashlights with red lights are provided, please do not use your cell phone lights when walking at night on the beach. If you see a turtle on the sand, do not approach it. Avoid stepping on the nests. When swimming, do not touch or follow the turtles. Also, please use only bio-friendly sun block!
