Our home is located in a luxury year round resort community. The community includes amenities such as beach, skiing, basketball, pickleball, tennis, horseback riding, miniature golf, hiking, and fishing. Restaurant, Tiki bar and sports bar on site. A perfect family & friends getaway location! We have a large outdoor deck with 2 seating areas and a gas grill. Also 2 fire pits and plenty of wood. The Delaware River is a 5 minutes away and they offer tubing, kayaks and canoe rentals. The space Sleeps 8- 3 Bedroom 2.5 Bathrooms 3 Televisions with Direct TV Enjoy the beautiful views of the Delaware Valley from the deck. The home is equipped with heat, air conditioning, fully stocked kitchen, wireless wifi, barbeque grill, private fire pit and washer and dryer. The community is patrolled by private security and all amenities are controlled access for residents and their guests only. All guest must be 27 years old. Documentation will be required after acceptance of the reservation so it can be submitted to the community Towels and Linens are not included for rentals of 2 nights or less. Linens will be supplied for rentals of 3 days or more. Linens can be added for short stays for an additional $60.00 Guest access The summer amenities require a $10.00 fee per person, per day. This gives unlimited access to all amenities for the day. This only applies to the days you plan to use the amenities, not your entire stay if you are planning other activities. In this private community you have secure access to 2 large pools that have slides, diving boards, and a kiddie pool. The pool is located at the Ski Big Bear lodge and has an outdoor Tiki bar, restaurant, game room and indoor sports bar. Charcoal grills, picnic tables, tennis courts, miniature golf, a playground, Bocce ball court and basketball courts are also located at the pool area. Additionally, the community offers a private beach with swimmable lake including a lunch cafe, charcoal grills, picnic tables, paddle boats, kayaks, fully stocked lake for fishing, volleyball court, and 2 Bocce ball courts. Horseback riding is available with advanced reservations at the community stables. There is also private access to Delaware river with picnic area. In the wintertime, Ski Big Bear is in the Masthope Community and you can enjoy skiing, snow boarding, terrain park and tubing. It is a 3 minute drive from the house. All guest receive a 25% discount with their guest passes. Woodlock Lodge is only 12 minutes away and offers a wonderful spa and challenging golf course. Other things to note The cleaning fee includes the registration fee paid to the community. Unfortunately, the website does not let you breakout these costs separately. All bank holiday weekends are a minimum 3 night stay.
