The space Sleeping Arrangements The loft accommodates eight guests across three king-size bedrooms and the living area. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with high-quality linens and soft lighting, while two sofa beds in the living space offer flexible sleeping options for additional guests. The layout balances private rest areas with communal spaces, making it well suited for families, friends, or longer stays. Amenities & Comfort The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, a breakfast bar, and ample counter space, flowing into a dining area designed for shared meals. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, fresh towels, and essential toiletries. Skylights and high ceilings enhance the loft’s sense of openness, while Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV provide homely amenities. Every element is designed for practical comfort, offering a serene retreat within easy reach of Copenhagen’s centre. Parking & Charging Guests can park for free at the front of the apartment. Parking and charging stations in the rest of Copenhagen are always paid. Payment is available via on street machines or parking apps such as EasyPark or ParkPark, with on-street parking rates starting at €6 per hour during peak times. The nearest carpark is available at Glostervej (APCOA: approx. €2.3/hr), while the nearest EV charging station (Q8) is located a short distance away on Folehaven 118. Guest access You have the place to yourself. Other things to note *This is on the first floor, so guests must be comfortable with stairs. **2 additional sleeping spaces in the living room, as both sofas can be converted into sofa beds (200x160 cm each). ***Parking is free in front of the house. • Self check-in: You'll receive all relevant information 2 days before your stay. • No luggage storage: We’re unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out - we recommend using Luggage Hero! • No elevator: Please note that the building does not have an elevator. • No parties & smoking: Parties and smoking are not allowed. • Quiet hours: Quiet hours must be respected between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • Lost items: We are not responsible for personal items left behind in the apartment. • Pets: Pets under 10kg are allowed. If more, contact us before booking. • No business use: Using the apartment for business activities, personal services, filming, photography, or any commercial purpose is not permitted. • Rule violations: Violating house rules will result in an additional fee of EUR 1,000 per violation.
