Only small group lunches or dinners are accepted, with respect for the neighborhood and the tranquility of the place. Other things to note SHEETS & TOWELS Please note that we provide sheets and towels for all BDs, as they are fitted sheets with a 35 cm top edge. They are included in the price. BABY SITTING For parents staying with children, we can put you in touch with a trusted person who holds a BAFA certificate. She can come to your home to look after your babies and children, both during the day and in the evening. Rate: €15 per hour (to be paid directly on site to the babysitter). EARLY/LATE CHECK-IN Check-in time is from 4 pm and check-out time is 10 am (mandatory). Subject to availability (if the house is not rented before or after your stay), early check-ins and late check-outs can be accepted according to the following terms: ✔️ Early check-in * Between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm (up to 2 hours before the scheduled time): €30 * Between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM (between 2 and 4 hours before the scheduled time): €40 * Before 12:00 PM (more than 4 hours in advance): €80 ✔️ Late check-out * Between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. (up to 2 hours after the scheduled time): €30 * Between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. (between 2 and 4 hours after the scheduled time): €40 * After 2:00 PM (more than 4 additional hours): €80 ⚠️ Important Early check-in and late check-out are strictly subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance. In July and August, these options are not available, as the house is rented from Saturday to Saturday. The surcharge can be paid via Airbnb or upon arrival to avoid any cash transactions. TAXI FROM THE TRAIN STATION We can provide a "taxi" service to pick you up from Nemours or Moret Veneux Les Sablons train station (direct train in 46 minutes from Gare de Lyon in Paris) => 20 minutes maximum from the house.
