Casita Molivent is set in the grounds of a private finca style property comprising of three other houses. It is more than 100 years old & has recently been refurbished. Located on the edge of the peaceful village of Parcent, our 210m² retreat was designed to offer space, comfort, and a sense of connection. Large swimming pool shared with host and family. Valencia airport 1 hour20 mins. Alicante airport 1 hour. The space On the ground floor you will enter into a large entrance hall with wood burning stove, sitting room, large fully equipped kitchen, south facing breakfast/dining room with access to terrace for outdoor dining, views out to the mountains, shower room (without toilet). Upstairs there are two large double bedrooms with twin beds in one and queen bed in other, one large bedroom/dressing room with sofa bed (sleeps one), air conditioning/heating in all three rooms. One full bathroom with walk in shower. Guest access The whole house can be used and also there is a small garden with fruit trees. Free private car park. Shared swimming pool with host and family. Feel free to use the fireplace during the winter months. You'll find a starter firewood kit ready for you. Other things to note As with many older properties, please note that the stairs are a bit steeper than usual and also the staircase is open plan. Please refer to the photographs, especially if you have children. Thank you. In the summer months, there will be certain restrictions on use of pool. These will be laid out in the House Book.
