Crossing the street you find yourself on the beautiful lakefront of the city and a 5-minute walk away you get to the center. Located on the second and last floor without an elevator. Train station is a 10-minute walk. The space It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a small balcony that connects the kitchen and bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with accessories such as an oven, microwave, coffee maker, and induction cooktop. There is air conditioning in the bedroom, available from May to October. Guest access To access the apartment, you enter the lovely internal courtyard. Located on the second and last floor without an elevator, it allows you to reach the lakefront simply by crossing the street. There are free and/or parking disc parking spaces on the street around the house. There are paid parking lots nearby (also with Telepass). Please let us know your arrival and departure times (if before 10:00 a.m.). Other things to note The internal staircase shown in the photo leads to an attic that is not for residential use, so it is locked with a chain because it is not intended for guests. All published images show only the spaces that will actually be available during your stay. There is currently a temporary construction site in the building next door. The work takes place exclusively during daytime hours, with a lunch break, and is not scheduled on Sundays (only Saturday mornings). All this does not involve any danger or impediment of any kind, but only during these time slots could the normal work noises be heard. The accommodation tax is not included in the price and is €1.50 per person per night, applied up to a maximum of 5 nights. Children under 14 are excluded from payment.
