Newly-built cottage with lake view and large terrace

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Here you live in a private cottage with all the comforts. Easily get here from Gothenburg in 35 minutes by car or bus. Grocery stores are closest in Gråbo which is 7 minutes away by car. We (the hosts) live in the house next door and are always available. 5-minute walk to the lake where you can swim. The space The cottage is 50 m2 and is secluded. Sleeping area: There is one 160-cm-wide bed for two people and one 140-cm-wide sofa bed for two people. The bed is freshly made and for the sofa bed there are sheets and duvet available. The bathroom has a combined washing machine/dryer, hairdryer and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is oil and simple spices. Baby cot and high chair can be set up if there are toddlers. The lake is a 5-minute walk from the cottage with its own jetty where you can swim, sunbathe, fish and barbecue. There is a one-man kayak and a rowboat that can be borrowed. Terrace: large terrace of about 70 square meters where you can enjoy the lake view. The pictures do not show the fence that has been built since then. There's a charcoal grill. Bring your own charcoal if you want to grill.
