It is a comfortable house, very practical and everything new. The city of Punta del este is at 10 minutes by car and the Laguna del Sauce Airport at 3 minutes. All sort of amenities and a beautiful place to enjoy peacefully of the house and beach. Guest access The house is in the Km 115,5 of the Interbalnearia Route. The main street of Chihuahua is called Las Amarras. From the route you have to take this street and you'll find the house after 3 blocks direction to the sea and turning 1 block to the left. Other things to note Parking place inside the property. Closed garden. Privacy. Pets are welcome.
