This listing includes exclusive use of the main house and the granny flat only, which together form the advertised 6-bedroom family estate. Please note that there is a separate rear building at the back of the property with additional bedrooms. These rooms are not part of this listing, have a completely separate entrance, and do not have access to the main house, granny flat, kitchens, dining areas, or living spaces. No parties, events, or gatherings are permitted. No smoking anywhere on the property (penalties apply). Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
