You will like to go down to the village on foot and come back to prepare a meal or even stay for lunch or dinner in one of the restaurants in the village. Guest access La Charmeuse is located in the courtyard of the Chartreuse des Ormeaux, a beautiful Perigord chartreuse. You will have full use of the house, independent access from the main house, private parking and a garden with a terrace equipped with a dinning table. On the heights of the village of Sainte-Alvère where you can go on foot. Possibility to rent the 2 houses and thus to privatize the whole property for 20 people. Other things to note Sainte-Alvere is a very dynamic village with all the shops, restaurants. La Charmeuse is the starting point for magnificent walks. We are not far from the major tourist sites of the region, 1/2 hour from Bergerac and Périgueux.
