We will be delighted to welcome you in the heart of the village of Lohéac in 2 semi-detached cottages. Close to shops, everything is within walking distance. This place is ideal for pleasant get-togethers with family or friends (noise disturbances are not welcome, and parties are prohibited). The group has the possibility of getting together for meals in the same gîte. A non-adjoining garden is available. Housekeeping not included; it is offered as an option (€130) The space L'Elégant cottage: 45 m² living room with arcade machine, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Le Charmant cottage: 35 m2 living room with games table (pool, ping-pong, air hockey), 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet. The living room of the L'Elégant cottage can accommodate the group for meals. Layout: Kitchen island/bar seating 7 people, dining table for 8 people, and extendable console table seating up to 10 additional people, to be set up as an extension of the dining table or alongside it. The houses are not interconnected; they face the street (you can go from one to the other via the street sidewalk). The fenced garden of 300 m² is not attached; it is located 50 meters from the accommodations. Available: barbecues, tables, chairs and deckchairs. There is no electricity in the garden and no lighting in the evening. We inform our guests that, for their safety and the safety of the property, the exterior door landings are under video surveillance 🎦. Other things to note Reservations made after October 12 include linens. For those made before that date, it is not included. We offer them as an option upon request.
