Not just somewhere to stay I hope to give you a 5* experience! Paddock View is an apartment newly built in 2025. There is a spiral staircase on the outside of the building to get to the apartment. A huge window and balcony presents amazing views of the paddocks and the countryside. Stylish and comfortable in the most peaceful of spaces. It’s east to forget the time. The most amazing sunsets can be seen with the right weather. The space Paddock View is newly built apartment which is spacious, airy and comfortable. The space is a first floor apartment there is one spacious bedroom, with a king size bed, and a luxury sofa bed in the very large sitting room. The bathroom is spacious with a shower power (no bath). The seating area has a beautiful corner sofa fully with a smooch chair, fully equipped kitchen with combo microwave oven, induction hob, quooker tap and dishwasher. There is also a fridge and dishwasher. There is a projector for TV which enables the guest to watch TV in the living area or in the bedroom, WIFI, and blackout blinds. You will love the views across the paddocks with the horses grazing and enjoy time spent relaxing on the balcony.. You can walk out to see the horses but please be careful as the fencing is electrified. (Gates are not) You can enjoy many local walks. A guest book is available within the app. You are close to lots of pubs and restaurants the closest being the Baraset Barn at Alveston which is only a mile away. The Charlecote Pheasant is within a half an hour walk across the Deer Park. A lovely walk on a nice evening. Guest access You are welcome to roam around the grounds. We are pretty easy going. Other things to note Better instructions. To turn on the Samsung Freestyle projector, plug the USB-C cable into a power source and the projector, then press the power button. Ensure the lens cover is removed. The device will automatically turn on, calibrate the image with auto-focus and auto-keystone. Hope this helps
