🌿 Large, cosy house for 15 people, in a quiet location, close to Paris/Disneyland. 7 bedrooms, large living spaces, a 1,500 m² garden with trees, a 70 m² terrace and a hot tub heated all year round: an ideal place to meet with family or friends or for a business trip. Enjoy the garden and terrace on sunny days, then the fireplace, jacuzzi, brazier and patio heater when the temperatures drop. 📍 Paris and Disneyland are about 30 minutes away by car. The space 🏡 A LARGE, WARM AND VERY WELL-EQUIPPED HOUSE Spacious, carefully decorated and designed to comfortably accommodate groups, the house can host up to 15 guests. It offers several living spaces where you can share wonderful moments together or enjoy some quiet time. On the ground floor: • a large double living room with a sofa, television, piano and fireplace; • a large table allowing the 15 guests to share their meals together; • a large, fully equipped kitchen; • a games room with table football; • 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have direct access to a private terrace; • a bathroom with a toilet; • an additional WC in the entrance hall. Upstairs: • 4 bedrooms, including a large dormitory-style bedroom; • 2 bathrooms; • a separate WC; • a small living room / library area. 🛏️ 7 BEDROOMS – 9 BEDS Main Floor: • Bedroom 1: double bed 140 × 190 cm + private terrace • Bedroom 2: 120 × 190 cm single bed + private terrace • Bedroom 3: double bed 140 × 190 cm Upstairs: • Bedroom 4: double bed 140 × 190 cm • Bedroom 5: double bed 160 × 190 cm • Bedroom 6: double bed 140 × 190 cm • Room 7 / dormitory: 1 double bed 140 × 190 cm + 2 single beds 90 × 190 cm All rooms have storage, tables and bedside lamps. For your comfort, the beds are made before your arrival and linen and towels are provided. 🍽️ A LARGE KITCHEN FOR SHARING MEALS The kitchen is fully equipped to make group stays easier: oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and crockery for 15 people. A first-time arrival kit is also provided. 🌳 1,500 M² OF PRIVATE GARDEN Fully private and enclosed, the large wooded garden offers plenty of space to enjoy the fine weather and get together with family or friends. In particular, you will find: • 🫧 a heated outdoor jacuzzi, available all year round, for 4 people; • a pétanque court; • a table tennis table; • a set of darts; • a bar and barbecue area; • a large lawn surrounded by numerous trees. ☀️🔥 A 70 M² TERRACE TO ENJOY ALL YEAR ROUND The large terrace is a real additional living space. Garden furniture, as well as large tables and chairs, allow the 15 guests to have lunch or dinner together outside. When the temperatures drop, a brazier and a patio heater allow you to extend your time on the terrace, while the heated jacuzzi remains accessible all year round. And when winter comes, you can return to the warmth of your home and enjoy convivial moments around the fireplace. 👶 FOR FAMILIES A travel cot and a high chair are available for families travelling with a young child. The house also has 3 bedrooms and a shower room on the ground floor, accessible from the outside without steps. ⚠️ However, the accommodation is not specifically adapted to PRM standards. 🧺 FOR YOUR COMFORT The house also has: • Wi-Fi • washing machine and dryer; • iron and ironing board; • hairdryer; • bed linen and household linen; • hand towels. The house is carefully prepared before each stay: professional cleaning, beds made and towels provided before your arrival. 📍 Quiet, while still being close to everything The house is located in Mandres-les-Roses, in a quiet and green residential area. The city centre and its amenities are about a 5-minute walk away. A large green corridor located nearby also allows you to enjoy beautiful, long walks or bike rides. 🚗 Paris: about 30 minutes 🏰 Disneyland Paris: about 30 minutes 🚆 Boussy-Saint-Antoine and Boissy-Saint-Léger stations: about 10 minutes by car 🚌 Bus stops nearby You can enjoy the calm and space of a large house in the countryside, while still being close to Paris, Disneyland and the main transport routes. Guest access 🔑 The house, terrace and garden are entirely private during your stay. You therefore have exclusive use of the property. 🚗 Private parking inside the property allows you to park at least 5 vehicles. Check-in: from 4 pm Check-out: before 11:00 AM Early check-in or late check-out can sometimes be arranged on request, only when the booking schedule allows it.
