🌿 Large, cozy house for 15 people, quiet, close to Paris/Disneyland. 7 bedrooms, large living spaces, a 1,500 m² garden with trees, a 70 m² terrace and a year-round heated Jacuzzi: an ideal place to get together with family, friends or for a business stay. Enjoy the garden and terrace on sunny days, then the fireplace, hot tub, brazier and patio heater when the temperatures drop. 📍 Paris and Disneyland are about 30 minutes away by car. The space 🏡 A LARGE, WARM, AND VERY WELL-EQUIPPED HOUSE Spacious, carefully decorated, and designed to comfortably accommodate groups, the house can host up to 15 guests. It offers several living areas that allow you to share beautiful moments together as well as to settle in quietly. On the ground floor: • a large double living room with sofa, TV, piano and fireplace; • a large table allowing the 15 guests to share their meals together; • a large, fully equipped kitchen; • a games room with foosball table; • 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have direct access to a private terrace; • a bathroom with toilet; • an additional toilet in the entrance. Upstairs: • 4 bedrooms, including a large dormitory-style bedroom; • 2 shower rooms; • a separate toilet; • a small sitting room / library area. 🛏️ 7 BEDROOMS – 9 BEDS Main Floor: • Bedroom 1: double bed 140 × 190 cm + private terrace • Bedroom 2: 120 × 190 cm bed for 1 person + private terrace • Bedroom 3: double bed 140 × 190 cm Upstairs: • Bedroom 4: double bed 140 × 190 cm • Bedroom 5: 160 × 190 cm double bed • Bedroom 6: double bed 140 × 190 cm • Bedroom 7 / dormitory: 1 double bed 140 × 190 cm + 2 single beds 90 × 190 cm All bedrooms have storage, bedside tables and lamps. For your convenience, the beds are made before your arrival, and linens and towels are provided. 🍽️ A LARGE KITCHEN FOR SHARING MEALS The kitchen is fully equipped to facilitate group stays: oven, gas stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and dishes for 15 people. A first-arrival kit is also available. 🌳 1,500 M² OF PRIVATE GARDEN Fully private and fenced, the large garden with trees offers plenty of space to enjoy the sunny days and get together with family or friends. There you will find, in particular: • 🫧 a heated outdoor Jacuzzi, available year-round, for 4 people; • a pétanque court (provencal ball game); • a ping pong table; • a dartboard; • a bar and barbecue area; • a large lawn surrounded by many trees. ☀️🔥 A 70 M² TERRACE TO ENJOY IN ANY SEASON The large terrace is a real additional living space. Garden furniture as well as large tables and chairs allow the 15 guests to have lunch or dinner together outdoors. When the temperatures cool down, a fire pit and a heated umbrella allow you to extend your time on the terrace, while the heated Jacuzzi remains accessible year-round. And when winter comes, you can return to the warmth of the house and enjoy convivial moments around the fireplace. 👶 FOR FAMILIES A travel crib and a high chair are available for families traveling with a young child. The house also has 3 bedrooms and a shower room on the ground floor, accessible from the outside without steps. ⚠️ However, the accommodation is not specifically adapted to PRM standards. 🧺 FOR YOUR COMFORT The house also features: • Wi-Fi; • Washing and drying machine; • Iron and ironing board; • Hair dryer; • bed linen and household linen; • Bathroom towels. The house is carefully prepared before each stay: professional cleaning, beds made, and towels provided before your arrival. 📍 Quiet, while still close to everything The house is located in Mandres-les-Roses, in a residential, quiet and green environment. The town center and its amenities are about a 5-minute walk away. A large green corridor nearby also allows you to enjoy beautiful, long walks or bike rides. 🚗 Paris: about 30 minutes 🏰 Disneyland Paris: about 30 minutes 🚆 Boussy-Saint-Antoine and Boissy-Saint-Léger train stations: about a 10-min drive 🚌 Bus stops nearby This means you can enjoy the calm and space of a large house in the countryside, while remaining close to Paris, Disneyland, and the main travel routes. Guest access 🔑 The house, terrace and garden are entirely private during your stay. So you enjoy the property with complete exclusivity. 🚗 Private parking inside the property allows parking for at least 5 vehicles. Check-in: From 4:00 PM Check out before 11:00 AM Early check-in or late check-out may sometimes be considered upon request, only when the booking schedule allows it.
