Furnished to a high standard, it provides everything you need for a perfect stay. Parking (3 spaces) is free of charge and available in a nearby underground garage. The single bedroom features a comfortable king-size double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a 55-inch Smart TV. The two larger bedrooms are each furnished with two king-size double beds and a wardrobe. One of the bedrooms also includes a fully equipped workspace (monitor, mouse and keyboard). The cozy living and dining area invites you to relax with a comfortable sofa, 65-inch Smart TV, Xbox 360 and Netflix. The sofa can be converted into an additional bed for 2 guests if needed. The dining table comfortably seats up to 12 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, stove and oven. You’ll also find plenty of dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils. With a modern Nespresso machine, a filter coffee machine and a wide selection of coffee and tea, you’ll start your day perfectly. The bathroom features a shower, toilet and two sinks. In addition to high-quality towels and a hairdryer, we provide shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and selected toiletries. There is also an additional guest toilet. The apartment also includes two small balconies. Planning a longer stay? The apartment is perfectly equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. For families with children, we also provide a baby cot, bed rail and high chair. Guest access The entire apartment is yours — make yourself at home! Other things to note We provide high-quality bed linen and towels. Please note the entrance height of the underground garage (max. 2 meters). There are two regular parking spaces and one duplex parking space. The duplex parking space can only accommodate vehicles up to 1.5 meters in height and 5 meters in length. Additional services: - Late check-out or check-in is subject to availability and can be booked for an additional charge. - Intermediate cleaning can be booked for longer stays at an extra charge.
