The house is located in the middle of the green countryside of Burgundy. The surrounding area is a beautiful mix of forests, meadows and lakes and invites you to hike and bike through the rolling landscape. Just a 15-minute bike ride away is Étang du Merle, a lovely lake where you can swim and relax by the water. You don't have to go far for groceries or a visit to a bakery: villages and supermarkets can be reached within 10 to 15 minutes by car. The space Welcome to our charming old farmhouse, which was completely renovated in 2025, preserving its original features while being equipped with modern comforts. The cozy living room with mezzanine, fireplace and comfortable sitting areas forms the heart of the house. The fully equipped and modern kitchen offers direct access to the garden. The house features a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and bathtub, a bathroom with a rain shower, and air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom. A washing machine and dryer are also provided. Where the cows used to stand, you will now find a spacious terrace with an outdoor kitchen. From the garden, you can look out over the meadow and the forest. Enjoy a cup of coffee to the sound of birds, watch the cows graze, and end the day with a long summer evening outdoors.
