Our old farmhouse was completely renovated in 2025 and offers comfort and atmosphere while retaining its authentic character. The house is in the quiet village of Saint-Franchy. An ideal place for peace seekers, nature lovers and life lovers. The area is characterized by forests, meadows and lakes and is ideal for beautiful cycling and hiking tours through the rolling landscape. A 15-minute bike ride away is the “Etang du Merle” lake, where you can go swimming. The space From the quiet street, you can reach the house through the front garden. Here you enter directly into the living room with a loft. Here is the spacious sitting area, dining table and a fireplace. Upstairs, on the loft, there is an extra seating area with a television. From the loft, you can access a small 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds and a separate room with a sink. Back downstairs, behind the living room, is the modern kitchen, which is fully equipped for delicious cooking, and this is also where the access to the garden is. Next to the living room are the master bedroom and bathroom. The spacious bedroom features a double bed (160cm), AC and a bathtub. Bathroom with rain shower and separate toilet. The downstairs bedroom and living room are air-conditioned. Utility room with washing machine and dryer. Where the cows used to stand, there is now a luxurious terrace with an outdoor kitchen. The garden features several shaded areas and overlooks the meadow and forest. Here you can hear birds, see cows in the meadow and experience the tranquility for which the area is so loved.
