Other things to note -Our apartment is located on Mombasa Island (not Nyali) and offers beautiful ocean views in a vibrant, energetic part of town. This is a true city location — lively, dynamic and full of character. The neighbourhood can feel busy and chaotic at times, which is part of the authentic coastal city experience. -If you’re looking for a quiet, resort-style setting like Nyali, this may not be the right fit — but if you enjoy culture, convenience and being in the heart of real Mombasa life, you’ll love it here. - We’re located near historic Old Town, a vibrant Swahili and Islamic cultural hub rich in heritage, architecture, and local flavour. -The apartment itself is finished to a high standard and thoughtfully furnished for comfort. While the building amenities and pool area are more mid-range than luxury, we’ve priced the home very competitively to reflect this — offering excellent value for a well-appointed ocean-view stay. A few helpful notes to manage expectations: • There are mosques nearby, and you will hear the call to prayer at various times (a beautiful part of the local culture 😊). • Windows are insulated, and air conditioning is available at an optional $20 per stay (paid separately). All rooms have complimentary ceiling fans. • We do not have an in-unit washing machine, but we can recommend a very affordable and reliable laundry service (paid separately). • Strictly no parties — this is a peaceful, family-oriented residence. • No smoking inside the apartment. • Complimentary housekeeping is provided every 3 days (except Sundays — Sunday cleaning is done on Monday).
