The space The Botrivier Garden Room offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a spacious unit located on the owner's property in Botrivier, Western Cape, ideal for a small family getaway. This unit can accommodate up to 4 guests and a baby, consisting of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a bunk bed, and a baby cot, and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet. A separate bath is available on request for babies and small children only. The lounge area is furnished with comfortable seating, a TV and free Wi-Fi facilities. The fully equipped kitchen has a two-plate stove and oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery. A dining table with 4 seats in the kitchen is perfect for meals. Access to a massage Jacuzzi, together as a group for half an hour per day, is included in the price. A braai area and outdoor seating, perfect for cocktails, is available. A hydromassage bed is available at an additional cost with a discount to resident guests. Secure parking offers peace of mind throughout guests' stay. Botrivier is conveniently located within easy reach of Gordon's Bay, Caledon, Kleinmond, and Hermanus and is surrounded by wildlife and wine farms and beautiful mountains. Guest access The front porch is private - for the use of the hosts only. The patio at the rear and the braai (barbeque) facilities are for the use of the guests of both the room and the hydro massage facility. The kitchenette facilities are for the use of the guests in the room. The hosts reserve the right to use the kitchenette’s facilities in an emergency, for example, the gas stove during a power failure. However, the washing machine and the tumble dryer in the kitchenette are for the sole use of the hosts. Guests are welcome to arrange with the hosts if washing needs to be done at an extra charge. The hosts can, therefore, access the kitchenette/laundry area at any time. Consideration for guests, however, is always the top priority. Guests may use the water massage room adjacent to the kitchenette for direct access to the guest patio and braai/barbeque area, unless it is occupied by customers, in which case a sign on the door will indicate occupation. Please then access the guest patio around the back. The entire garden is available to the guests, but please respect the plants.
