Our apartment in the five-lake region between Munich and Garmisch is furnished to a high standard, has a new box spring bed, a newly equipped kitchen with a fully automatic coffee machine and kitchen appliances. The large balcony invites you to enjoy the surrounding nature and mountain views in all seasons. All rooms are flooded with light. From here you can take excursions to lakes, spas, royal castles and mountains. The space Our apartment Lichtblick is newly renovated and furnished to a high standard. It is on the 2nd floor with a large balcony. The modern kitchen contains everything you need every day to start the day of your vacation wonderfully. With a cup of coffee from our Philips coffee machine or a cup of tea from our tea assortment, you can enjoy breakfast in comfortable dining room chairs. The balcony invites you to sit in the afternoon in the sun overlooking nature and mountains or to relax in the lounger. The modern LG TV is in the living area so you can sit together and your sleep is not disturbed. The daylight bathroom has a shower, a new spacious sink, plenty of storage space for your bathroom utensils and a new washing machine. The toilet is separate from the bathroom with its own small sink. In the light and sun-drenched bedroom, you can find a good night's sleep in the new 180x200 box spring bed. The mattress offers high sleeping comfort through 7 lounging zones and high-quality Puractiv allergy double cloth cover. The box spring bed can be split on request and used as two separate 90x200 beds. The balcony door leads directly to the large balcony, in the background a beautiful tree backdrop. The sofa bed (available from mid-February) offers plenty of space for an additional family member in a small space with a lying area of 80 x 200. We have placed special emphasis on the pull-out slatted frame and a good quality foam mattress. You can request an additional baby travel cot free of charge. If you want to use your vacation as a workation, there is a height-adjustable desk with a comfortable stool at your disposal. Daylight and a good desk lamp ensure a bright working atmosphere. A large wardrobe in the hallway offers enough space for your clothes and shoes. Two luggage racks are also available. The apartment Lichtblick has a free parking space in front of the house. Guest access In-house, free parking space, balcony, complete apartment. Access via a spacious external staircase to the 1st floor. Other things to note The final cleaning of the apartment will be charged at 60 euros extra. The in-house parking space is free of charge. Linens, towels and 2 dish towels are provided for a week.
