The property offers 115 m² of living space on a 260 m² plot and can accommodate 6 adults and 1 child up to 2 years old in a cot. It works well for families, two couples with children or groups of adults looking for a comfortable holiday home with their own outdoor space and a close connection to the Salobre landscape. On the upper floor, there is 1 bedroom with a double bed, satellite television and 1 bathroom with a bath. On the ground floor, there is 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bedroom with a 130 x 200 cm double bed, 1 bathroom with a shower and a living room and dining room with kitchen. The outdoor space is where much of the holiday naturally happens. The large terrace, covered area, garden, sun loungers, parasol, outdoor dining and private pool of 5 x 3 metres create an easy atmosphere for days in the sun, time by the water, outdoor meals and long evenings after the beach, golf or exploring south Gran Canaria.
