House of Flow: Exclusive group house for family gatherings, bachelor/ette parties, friend weekends, and retreats. All Inclusive – really: No self-catering. You will arrive and enjoy our freshly prepared vegetarian full board meals. 5 double rooms, 1 triple room, and 2 quadruple rooms (max. 23 sleeping places), all with en-suite bathrooms. 100 m² room for yoga, workshops, or group evenings. Common area for meals. Large garden with lawn. Lake for swimming about 15 minutes away. The space The House of Flow is a place for groups who want to celebrate, relax or spend creative time together – without having to worry about organizing, shopping or cooking. You arrive, are among yourselves and can fully concentrate on your time together. You use the house exclusively with your group and have plenty of space for meeting, creativity, relaxation or celebrating together. The heart of the house is the large, bright hall (about 100 m²) with cozy sofas. The space can be used flexibly – for yoga, workshops, creative activities, game nights or social gatherings. On request, the room can also be prepared with seating. For shared meals and relaxing hours, there is a cozy common room where you can meet, eat or simply sit together. The 8 guest rooms are quiet and lovingly designed and offer views of the countryside. Available: - 5 double rooms - 1 triple room - 2 four-bed rooms (can be expanded to up to 5 beds if required) Particularly pleasant for groups: each room has its own, freshly renovated bathroom, so that everyone has sufficient privacy. Around the house, a spacious garden with plenty of space invites you to relax, play or breathe. Behind the property opens a wide meadow and nature that gives the house a particularly quiet and open atmosphere. All-inclusive catering concept The House of Flow is not a self-catering house. Our concept is designed so that you can fully concentrate on your time together. During your stay, we will spoil you with freshly prepared, varied vegetarian full board. Meals are prepared in the house and served together in the common room – this creates a relaxed, unifying atmosphere, without shopping lists, cooking or washing up. About the price structure: The base price per night applies to the use of the house. If you specify the number of people when booking, the total price will increase accordingly – this already includes the flat-rate meal fee per person. The total price shown includes both the house rent and the complete catering for your group – without hidden additional costs. We ourselves live in a separate apartment in the house. This makes us available when needed and we take care of the catering and organization in the background, while you can enjoy your stay privately with your group. Guest access During your stay, you will have exclusive use of the House of Flow for your group. This includes all guest rooms with their own bathrooms, the large hall, the common room, as well as the garden and the adjoining meadow. The hall and the common room are located in the front building, the original farmhouse. The guest rooms are located in the rear part of the building, which is connected to the front building via a long hallway. So, you don’t have to go outside to access the rooms – at the same time, this area is structurally separate, so your group will have the place all to itself there. Our private guest apartment is located in the front house, in the same part of the building as the hall and common room. Therefore, we are available when needed and will take care of meals and organization, while you can enjoy your stay without interruption. Other things to note The House of Flow is particularly suitable for groups who want to spend a nice time together – e.g. friend weekends, bachelor parties, family celebrations, creative groups, small retreats or club trips. Many groups use the large hall for group activities, yoga, creative workshops, game nights, or even for group celebrations with music. So music and cheerful evenings in the house are very welcome. At the same time, the House of Flow is located in a small village and is part of a considerate neighborhood. Therefore, we ask you to be considerate of the surroundings in the late evening and to avoid loud music. Our house is best suited for groups who appreciate a relaxed, respectful atmosphere and want to celebrate together without alcohol or loud parties being the focus.
