The space Golf enthusiasts can tee off at Cottrell Golf Club (5 miles), while culture lovers have plenty to explore, from St Fagans National Museum of History (8.5 miles) to Cardiff Castle (11.5 miles) and the National Museum Cardiff (12 miles). For seaside adventures, sandy shores and fossil hunting at Ogmore-by-Sea are 11.5 miles away, with the dramatic Nash Point Lighthouse just 11 miles along the coast. Step through the back door into a welcoming open plan living and dining space, where a warming open fire, set against an exposed stone wall adds plenty of rustic charm.
