The space The house is located on the first floor, immersed in an atmosphere of quiet and nature, and is surrounded by a private and fenced garden, perfect for outdoor moments with children and four-legged friends. Inside, the entrance opens onto a bright and well-equipped kitchen, the heart of the house, where a large and comfortable sofa bed invites you to relax. The master bedroom, overlooking the balcony, offers slow awakenings full of light, while the small bedroom with a bunk bed is designed to accommodate dreams and adventures. A dressing room and a bathroom complete the well-finished and functional spaces. Guests also have a reserved parking space, so they can enjoy a carefree holiday from the moment they arrive. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the house and can make use of all the dedicated spaces: a private parking space, a balcony and a fenced garden for their exclusive use, complete with a furnished patio and a barbecue, ideal for enjoying the outdoors in total relaxation. A private washing machine is available. Use of the swimming pool, included in the stay, is permitted during the summer season starting from May 15. The complex also includes a restaurant and bar.
