Large modern non-smoking apartment with 3 bedrooms and large bright living room with kitchen and dining area. Ideal for self-catering. In Schweringen you have to love nature, which is abundant. Additional costs to the overnight price once for laundry and final cleaning at least €15/person. A washing machine is available, the use is subject to a fee (€5/day) Please ask if the apartment is available, the calendar is not always up to date The space Separate entrance to the apartment. Individual rooms or the whole apartment can be rented. There is a room with double bed ( separable to 2 single beds), another with 2 single beds and 1 single room. The price for 1 person is €40/night. Bookable for a minimum of 2 nights. Breakfast is not included, but can be provided in the form of a filled refrigerator for a fee. The bedrooms are lockable; 1 room is equipped with a desk. Guest access Garden with barbecue facilities on request. There is a separate seating area for guests at the house. During your stay Since I live on the ground floor, I am almost always available. Other things to note Unfortunately, no pets are allowed, as there are always guests with allergies. New on Airbnb starting in June 2026: The 15.5% service fee for the booking is settled directly with the landlord; the tenant pays only the nightly rate, no additional fees!!! I now had to increase my price for one night from €35 to €40 in order to cover my overnight costs in the end. So, this is not an increase, but a shift in costs. 😉
