Lovely village setting with pub/restaurant The space I have hosted this home on Airbnb since 2019 with hundreds of happy guests and great 5 star reviews. We needed to change our admin which unfortunately could only be done by re listing it. Why 'The Tree House'? - well because there is a tree inside the house from bottom to top. Upstairs is a spacious romantic bedroom with vaulted ceiling and comfortable seating area overlooking the garden. Downstairs is a small but well equipped bedroom with adult size comfortable bunk beds. The house will sleep 4 comfortably and there is a luxurious sofa bed for another 2 other people. The cottage is perfect for a staycation with fast broadband, a work space and plenty of space for children The rustic, fully equipped kitchen with island hob means the cook can be part of the living room party, it includes dish washer, wine fridge, double Bosch oven, microwave, washing machine, plus all utensils, pans and crockery you need for rustling up a meal. The living room is cosy with comfortable seating, Laura Ashley soft furnishings, log burning stove in a traditional fireplace with a 4K ‘The Frame’ smart tv above. Amazon movies are included Leading from the living room is a new compact conservatory with dining for up to six and coffee/chess table, all overlooking the patio area and rear garden. There is a modern downstairs bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin. Guest access Guests have full access to the whole property and large private rear garden which has several areas to explore or relax. There's a new garden room with lighting and comfortable chairs, a fenced-in pond which is teeming with frogs in spring, a children’s swing under the tree, views over the fields from the decking, even a hammock in the summer. Other things to note We welcome up to two well behaved pets, for everyone's comfort please don't allow them on the furniture or beds. Dogs must not be left in the house unaccompanied. Our friendly neighbours in number 3 and 4 have a right of way round the back to access their gardens so will pass through occasionally. No EV charging, the wiring doesn’t conform. Please do not plug your car into the house power supply. Thanks
