Description

Villa Oasis is an exclusive villa 50 minutes from Madrid, spacious, elegant and fully equipped. ⁣ Distributed over two floors, it offers 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a bright living room with a large window and fireplace, two full kitchens and a leisure area with billiards, a movie theater and a spa with a Finnish sauna. ⁣ Outside, a garden with a swimming pool and Jacuzzi, several terraces, a barbecue area and a pond with waterfalls create a private environment designed to disconnect with all the amenities. The space Villa Oasis Madrid is distributed on two floors, clearly differentiated between the housing area and the leisure area, with comfortable access both from the inside and from the outside and has a large outdoor space divided into different areas, which allow you to enjoy both private corners and spaces to share. UPPER FLOOR - DWELLING The main entrance leads to a spacious and bright living-dining room with a fireplace, a sofa bed, and a 75-inch TV. A large glass window opens onto an outdoor terrace overlooking the koi pond and its waterfalls, providing natural light and a feeling of spaciousness. The house also has home automation systems to control the blinds, lighting, and outdoor features. On this floor, there are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite bathroom. The master suite features a king-size bed (2 x 2 m), closets, a sitting area with a 75-inch TV, and a bathroom with a hot tub and pool views. The other two bedrooms, each with a 59-inch (150-cm) double bed, have closets, a 55-inch TV, and share a full bathroom with a shower. The fully equipped main kitchen is arranged around a central island and has all the necessary appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, Thermomix, coffee maker, toaster, etc.) for a comfortable and practical stay. From here, there is also access to an outdoor terrace with table and chairs, connected to the other terraces surrounding the villa. The entire upper floor is equipped with oil-fired radiators, underfloor heating, and a hot/cold air conditioning system, ensuring an optimal temperature year-round. The villa has three double bedrooms and common areas with two sofa beds, providing a comfortable setup for 10 guests. Capacity can be increased to 12 people using additional rollaway beds that can be set up in the master suite or in the common areas. LOWER FLOOR - LEISURE AREA From the living room, stairs lead to the lower floor, dedicated to leisure and wellness, also accessible from the garden through the movie room. On this floor there is a soundproof room equipped with a pool table and a bar with stools. It has a freezer chest, wine fridge, coffee maker, sound system, glassware and board games, as well as everything you need to prepare drinks and cocktails in a more intimate atmosphere. Next, an open space opens up that integrates a living room and an additional kitchen. Using a folding screen, the living room becomes a private movie theater, leaving the kitchen discreetly hidden behind the screen. The space has reclining armchairs, a 150 cm sofa bed, a fireplace, a surround sound system, a window overlooking the pool, and direct access to the garden. Also on this floor is the private spa, equipped with a Finnish sauna, shower with adjustable temperature, separate bathroom and dressing room with bathrobes, creating a quiet environment designed for rest at any time of the year. The entire lower floor has diesel radiators and a hot/cold climate control system. In addition, in each room you will find QR codes with instructions to facilitate the use of the different amenities of the house. OUTSIDE SPACE The property is completely private and is designed to be enjoyed in different environments, combining rest, leisure and well-being in a very well-kept environment. Upon entering the property, there is a parking area with capacity for up to 4 vehicles, from which you can go down directly to the garden or up to the house by stairs. The main garden has a large swimming pool with a slope (from 1.20 m to 2 m in the deepest area) and an integrated Jacuzzi in the shallowest part. The tree house and an outdoor toilet with two toilets are also located in this area. Around the pool there are lounge chairs, parasols and a covered area with a bar, stools and a sofa with a low table, as well as an outdoor sound system to set the mood. During the cold months, the water maintains a temperature approximately 5°C higher than the outside, which allows its use in spring and autumn. At the end of the garden is a large covered terrace with a roof and awnings, equipped with tables and chairs and a fully equipped barbecue area with a wood oven, fire, microwave, coffee maker and sink. The garden leads to the upper terraces, which are also connected to the living room and kitchen. In front of this area is the Balinese-style wooden chill-out area, with covered and uncovered areas, padded benches, hammocks and outdoor furniture. A wooden bridge connects this terrace with the space in front of the living room, overlooking the koi pond and its waterfalls. On the other side is a more sheltered area with a stone bench and hammock, designed for moments of tranquility. The entire property is carefully maintained and has several independent accesses with a renewable code in each room, guaranteeing comfort, security and autonomy. The villa offers the possibility of hosting private events upon prior request. This will require the signing of a specific agreement, and an additional fee will apply. Guest access - The villa has a parking area within the property, with capacity for up to 4 vehicles, and Wi-Fi throughout the house. - Bed linens, bath and pool towels are provided for all guests. - The property is rented for exclusive use, so guests can enjoy all indoor and outdoor rooms with total privacy. - The pool, jacuzzi, barbecue and spa area are for private use and are located within the property. - Pool and garden maintenance is done periodically. In the event that a visit is necessary during the stay, it will always be notified in advance to ensure the comfort of the guests. - The house has diesel heating and a hot/cold climate control system in all the rooms. In addition, the upper floor has underfloor heating, guaranteeing a comfortable temperature throughout the year. - Both the interior and exterior have home automation systems that allow you to control blackout blinds, lighting and elements such as waterfalls by remote control. In addition, in different rooms you will find QR codes with tutorials to facilitate the use of all the amenities of the villa. - The house has a washing machine, dryer, clothesline and iron. - There is a crib and extra single beds for children, available upon request. - Upon request, it is possible to arrange services such as a private chef, food delivery, catering, chauffeur, masseur or other personalized services, subject to availability.
