Villa Oasis is an exclusive villa 50 minutes from Madrid, spacious, elegant and fully equipped. ⁣ Distributed over two floors, it offers 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a bright living room with a large window and fireplace, two full kitchens and a leisure area with billiards, a movie theater and a spa with a Finnish sauna. ⁣ Outside, a garden with a swimming pool and Jacuzzi, several terraces, a barbecue area and a pond with waterfalls create a private environment designed to disconnect with all the amenities. The space Villa Oasis Madrid is distributed on two floors, with a clear distinction between the living area and the entertainment area, with convenient access from both inside and outside. It has a large outdoor space divided into different areas, allowing you to enjoy both private nooks and shared spaces. UPPER FLOOR - HOME The main entrance leads to a spacious and bright living-dining room with a fireplace, a sofa bed, and a 75-inch TV. A large glass window connects to an outdoor terrace overlooking the koi pond and its waterfalls, providing natural light and a feeling of spaciousness. The house also has home automation systems to control blinds, lighting, and outdoor features. On this floor, there are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite bathroom. The master suite has a king size bed (2x2 m), wardrobes, a living area with a fireplace and a 75-inch TV, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The other two bedrooms, with a 150-cm double bed, have closets, a 55-inch TV, and share a complete bathroom with shower. The fully equipped main kitchen is arranged around a central island and has all the necessary appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, Thermomix, coffee maker, toaster, etc.) for a comfortable and functional stay. From here, there's also access to an outdoor terrace with table and chairs, connected to the other terraces surrounding the villa. The entire upper floor has diesel radiators and air conditioning with a cold and heat pump, guaranteeing an optimal temperature year-round. The villa has three double bedrooms and common areas with two sofa beds, offering a comfortable arrangement for 10 guests. The capacity can be expanded to 12 people with additional folding beds that can be set up in the master suite or in the common areas. LOWER FLOOR - LEISURE AREA From the living room, stairs lead to the lower floor, dedicated to leisure and wellness, which is also accessible from the garden through the movie room. On this floor there is a soundproofed room equipped with a pool table and a bar with stools. It has a chest freezer, wine fridge, coffee maker, sound system, glassware, and board games, as well as everything you need to prepare drinks and cocktails in a more intimate setting. Next, there is an open space that includes a living room and an additional kitchen. With a folding screen, the living room becomes a private movie theater, with the kitchen discreetly hidden behind the screen. The space has reclining armchairs, a 150-cm sofa bed, a fireplace, a surround sound system, a window overlooking the pool, and direct access to the garden. Also on this floor is the private spa, equipped with a Finnish sauna, a rain shower, a separate bathroom and a dressing room with bathrobes, creating a quiet environment designed for relaxation any time of the year. The entire lower floor has diesel radiators and air conditioning with a cold air pump and heating. In addition, in each room you will find QR codes with instructions to facilitate the use of the house's various amenities. OUTSIDE SPACE The property is totally private and is designed to be enjoyed in different settings, combining rest, leisure and wellness in a very well-kept environment. Upon entering the property, there is a parking area with a capacity for up to 4 vehicles, from which you can go directly down to the garden or up to the house via stairs. The main garden has a large swimming pool with varying depths (from 47" (1.20 m) to 78" (2 m) in the deepest area) and an integrated jacuzzi in the shallowest part. The tree-house and an outdoor toilet with two toilets are also located in this area. Around the pool there are lounge chairs, umbrellas and a covered area with a bar, stools and a sofa with a low table, as well as an outdoor sound system to set the mood. During the cold months, the water maintains a temperature approximately 5°C higher than the outside temperature, allowing it to be used in spring and autumn. At the end of the garden is a large covered terrace with a roof and awnings, equipped with tables and chairs and a fully equipped barbecue area with a wood-fired oven, fire, microwave, coffee maker and sink. The garden leads to the upper terraces, which are also connected to the living room and the kitchen.
