This 70 sqm apartment is a relaxing retreat for up to 6 guests. It features three separate bedrooms, a spacious living room and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. The fully equipped kitchen and balcony with Alpine views invite you to unwind. A heated pool with sunbathing lawn, outdoor kitchen and BBQ is a real highlight. Bikes, play equipment and indoor games ensure fun for all ages – perfect for families and leisure seekers. The space A wellness oasis has been created on 70 square meters, in which up to 6 persons can leave everyday life behind. After a long day with lots of impressions, you can relax in the large living room with a book or movie. The apartment has 3 separate bedrooms with a 2x2 mtr. large double bed, a 1.60 x 2 mtr. large double bed and two single beds. The spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub completes the overall picture. If you like to cook, this will be a breeze in our fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and microwave, a coffee maker and coffee pod machine. Breakfast can be enjoyed on the balcony with magnificent views of the Alps (with hairdryer). The heated pool with a size of 8 x 4 m. (Depth: 1.6 meters) is located directly by the house and is surrounded by a large lawn. Fruit trees provide you with relaxing shade on warm summer days. Right next to the pool you will also find an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and of course the matching seating for an evening with delicious food outdoors. For children we have a large trampoline and various bicycles as well as a kettcar. In the old granary, there is a pool table, foosball table, darts and table tennis for rainy days. The sauna in the basement can be used. Many excursion destinations such as Passau, Burghausen, Salzburg are available. Or you can visit me at the well-known Kößlarner farmers' market on Thursday and be spoiled with Bavarian delicacies with music.
