Apartment with Alpine views The space On 70 square meters, a feel-good oasis has been created in which up to 6 people can leave everyday life behind. After a long day with many impressions, you can relax in the large living room with a book or movie. The apartment has 3 separate bedrooms with a 2 × 2 meter double bed, a 1.60 × 2 meter double bed and two single beds. The spacious bathroom with a flat shower and bathtub completes the overall picture. Breakfast can be enjoyed on the balcony with magnificent views of the Alps (with a hairdryer). The pool with a size of 8 x 4 meters. (depth: 1.6 meters) is located directly by the house and is surrounded by a large lawn. Fruit trees provide you with relaxing shade on warm summer days. For kids we have a large trampoline and various bicycles as well as a kettcar. In the old granary, there is a pool table, foosball table, darts and table tennis for rainy days. The sauna in the basement is available for use. Many excursion destinations such as Passau, Burghausen, Salzburg are available. Or visit me at the famous Kößlarner farmers' market on Thursday and let yourself be pampered with Bavarian delicacies to music. Our vacation farm is located on a hill with stunning views far from traffic and stress. And yet very central, whether golf courses, thermal baths, boat trips or sights, everything can be reached in a short time. The apartment is located in the middle of the spa triangle surrounded by many well-known golf courses and offers the optimal mix between nighttime peace and proximity to well-known excursion destinations with good transport connections.
