Clean and Comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bath Ranch Style House in a Great Central Location!!! Close to Downtown, The Santa Cruz Beach and Boardwalk, The Santa Cruz Wharf, Seabright Beach, The Boat Harbor, The Crows Nest, Seabright Social, The Buttery, Lillians Italian Restaurant, The Crepe Place, Shoppers Corner, Whole Foods. Basically there are a bunch of great amenities very close. The space The space Our cozy house has everything you need for a comfortable relaxing stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and there is a partially covered patio that is great for a BBQ after a day on the beach or grilling up your catch from one of the local charter boats just down the street. The living room has a comfy couch and the flat screen tv is hooked up to Xfinity cable. It has Apple TV also. Both of the bedrooms have comfortable queen size beds and both have a closet with a dresser. One bathroom has a tub/shower combo with shampoo/rinse and shower gel provided. The other bathroom is ensuite, also has a tub/shower combo and has a deep soak tub. There are extra sets of sheets and towels located in the hall linen closet The kitchen has a gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and Keurig instant coffee maker. It is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, pots and pans etc. There is dish soap, dishwasher soap and other cleaning essentials if needed. Convenient on-street parking is always available in front of house. Park in front of driveway and block entrance but please DON’T BLOCK THE SIDEWALK (you will get a ticket) Just like the rest of Santa Cruz, DON'T LEAVE VALUABLES IN YOUR CAR. Two Wavestorm Surfboards and Boogie boards are available for your use . Wetsuits can be rented locally. Guest access You will be able to access the entire house ( 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, kitchen, family room and back patio area with bbq) with the exception of a storage room and the garage. There is also a side driveway that I may park a car, boat or camper on, but it is in an area that you likely wouldn't even know is there. Other things to note No smoking in the house please. Early Check in and Late Check outs are sometimes possible depending on owner's availability, but will have a $25 per hour fee assessed. Have a Great Time in Santa Cruz and please remember that 8 Palms is not a party house. If you are intending on having more than 4 guests at the house please check in to see if it is ok. There will be a $50 a night per person charge. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise down after 10pm. Lock your car at night and don’t leave valuables in it!
