The space The property houses only two independent and quiet rooms, to offer an intimate, uncrowded stay and guarantee privacy and serenity. Breakfast included includes homemade desserts and local products; other meals can be arranged at the time of booking. By choice, there is no Wi-Fi or TV, so as to encourage relaxation and contact with nature. Free indoor parking is available and, on request as an extra service, transfers to and from the train station. Guest access Access to the rooms is through a common room with fridge, tea and herbal tea corner, books and board games available. Guests can use the small common living room and the entire green area of the property, including the garden, olive grove, and hazelnut grove. In the warm months, outdoor sunbeds are available, while in winter you can use the brazier. There is no kitchen for guest use.
