Villa Björkvik, Odensala, Oestersund

A cozy two floor house built in the mid 60s, located just by the shores of Lake Storsjön, in a very quiet neighborhood. The maximum amount of persons to stay in the house is 8 persons. The space There are three bedrooms plus a bed sofa in the upper living room. One bedroom has a double bed, one bedroom has two single beds (the window in that room cannot be opened) and one bedroom has a bunk bed for two. The bed sofa is 140 cm wide. There is one toilet, a sauna, a washing machine and a dry tumbler, as well as an iron. Cleaning after departure is not included. There is a vaccum cleaner in the house along with the necessary cleansing agents. It’s not necessary to have a car but we recommend it. The convenience store is about 1 km away from the house and the bus stop 700 meters away. The center of Östersund is 4,5 km away. The lake, though, and a morning dip is only 10 meters away from the house... Guest access You will be able to use the whole house as well as the garden and the jetty. We share the jetty but it´s big enough for all of us. If you want to eat on the jetty, we appreciate if you inform us in advance since we may have made similar plans.
