The space The ground-floor apartment (over 110 sq. m.) is designed to offer maximum comfort: Bedrooms: 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms with comfortable double beds, TVs, high-quality linens, and closets. The main (large) bedroom has air conditioning (A/C), while the other two bedrooms are equipped with fans, ideal for natural cooling during the summer months. Living Room & Kitchen: A wonderful, open-plan space awaits you. Relax on the comfortable sofas in the fully air-conditioned (A/C) living room, or prepare your meals in our spacious, fully equipped kitchen (featuring a large fridge, oven, stove, and dishwasher). Bathroom: A spacious, spotlessly clean bathroom, equipped with a washing machine – ideal for those planning a multi-day stay. Outdoor Area & Pool (Outdoor Living) When you open the living room door, you find yourself right in the heart of summer: The Pool: Enjoy refreshing dips in the pool, relax in the luxurious wooden cabanas, or sunbathe on our sunbeds. Important Note: The outdoor area and the swimming pool are shared only with guests staying in the upstairs apartment of the villa (which has its own separate entrance). The Neighborhood Stamnoi is an authentic, peaceful Cretan village, perfect for escaping the crowds: Within a few minutes' walk, you can enjoy amazing local food at the renowned "Traditional Taverna Kosmas." The organized beaches at Kokkini Hani and Gouves, the large supermarkets, and the beach bars are just a 10–15-minute drive away. Heraklion Airport is a 20-minute drive away. Guest access As guests of the ground-floor apartment, you have the following at your disposal: Exclusive (Private) Use: You have full and exclusive access to the entire interior of the ground floor (the 3 bedrooms, the living room, the fully equipped kitchen, the bathroom, and the large covered outdoor dining area). Outdoor Areas & Pool (Shared): The pool, the wooden gazebos, the sun loungers, and the garden! Please note that these outdoor areas are shared, and you will be sharing them exclusively with guests staying in the upper-floor apartment of the villa (which has its own completely separate entrance). Parking: Convenient, secure, and free parking is available right outside the property. No Steps (Easy Access): The great advantage of this apartment is that it is located on the ground floor. There are no steps to enter the house or to access the pool, making it extremely convenient for carrying luggage, as well as for families with young children or strollers.
