Cosy Cotswold Village Retreat

Ampney Nest is a newly renovated annex in the charming village of Ampney Crucis, just 3 miles from the vibrant market town of Cirencester, known for its independent boutiques, restaurants and cafes. This is the perfect cosy base for exploring the Cotswolds. The beautiful village of Bibury is only minutes away and you're within easy reach of Stow-on-the-Wold, Burford as well as Westonbirt Arboretum, Cotswold Water Park and Racing at Cheltenham. Lots of great pubs and stunning walks. The space The annex is self contained allowing privacy during your stay. The entrance leads into an open plan kitchen and living room. The kitchen includes a fridge freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. For seating there are stools under the kitchen breakfast bar. The living room has a comfy sofa and 50" LG smart TV. Upstairs there is a spacious bedroom, it has a comfy king size bed, full length mirror with hanging and built in cupboard/drawer storage. The ensuite is modern with a fully tiled shower, wall hung basin and a heated brass towel rail. Guest access A parking space for one car is located on the driveway opposite the annex.
