It includes a garden with three terraces, a barbecue, a fire pit, a bike shed, and, from April to October, an outdoor hot tub, and, from October to March, a Finnish sauna with a relaxation room. An ideal place for relaxation, sunset wine, cycling and exploring the beauty of South Moravia. The cottage offers accommodation in three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room with a fireplace, a dining table for shared meals, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a wine cellar where you can purchase local wines. The house is new, modernly designed and thanks to its location on a quiet street provides maximum privacy and an undisturbed stay. Upstairs, accessible by a spiral staircase, in addition to the two bedrooms, there is also a resting area with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The third bedroom is located on the ground floor. The mattresses in the bedrooms are medium firm and there are two pillows in each room for the guest – higher and lower so that everyone can choose according to their preference. On the beds you will also find decorative pillows that match the interior and ensure a pleasant atmosphere. You won't find a TV in the cottage, so much more you'll enjoy peace, relaxation, views, and time together. The cottage has a private garden with three terraces and a seating area, a fire pit and a grill. From April 1st to October 30th, guests can enjoy the outdoor stainless steel HOT TUB, which is ideal for relaxing after hiking or cycling. The Finnish SAUNA with relaxation room is available to guests from October 1 to March 31. Guests can also take advantage of on-site parking, Wi-Fi, and a bike storage room with the option to charge e-bikes. For moments of relaxation, the cottage has a library with books to borrow and board and card games. We also think of families with children – there are two high chairs, a fold-out crib, silicone dishes, and quality wooden toys. Guest access Guests have the entire house at their disposal without restrictions – the cottage is always rented as a whole so you will enjoy your stay to the fullest and without sharing with other guests. You can use three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, including a wine cooler. Upstairs, you can also use a nice resting area with bean bags and a view of the surrounding area. Complementary amenities of the house will also be at your disposal – such as books from our library, board and card games, or quality toys for young children. There is also a private garden with views of Pálava with three terraces, a seating area, a fire pit and a grill. An outdoor hot tub is also available from April to October, and a Finnish sauna with relaxation room is available from October to March. You can park right next to the property. There is a lockable bike room in the backyard for bikes. We want you to fully enjoy your stay and feel comfortable with us. Everything in the cottage and garden is fully available to you during your stay – we only ask that you treat it with care so that other guests can enjoy the same comfort after you. Other things to note The cottage is located on a quiet street with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and vineyards. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind, but at the same time it offers plenty of space for dinners, a birthday party, or a nice evening with friends. However, please be quiet and considerate of neighbors. Celebrations are only possible within the number of guests staying – it is not allowed to host events for additional people beyond the reservation. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a resting area with a spiral staircase – so caution is needed with smaller children. The third bedroom is on the ground floor. The outdoor hot tub is available seasonally from April to October. The sauna with a relaxation room is open from October to March. Parking is available right next to the building. The accommodation is non-smoking (smoking is only possible outside). If you plan to stay with the youngest children, we are happy to prepare a travel crib (we have 1 piece including blankets and linens) and a high chair (2 pieces available).
