Our accommodation is designed to offer a unique hospitality experience. The interior is very well maintained, with air conditioning, heat pump heating, and a cozy fireplace for the winter months. Wi-Fi is available in all indoor areas, and there are also four TVs for you to enjoy entertainment whenever you wish. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals, such as an oven, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a kettle, cooking utensils, plates, and glasses. In the house, you will also find a dishwasher and a washing machine for added convenience during your stay. Outdoors, you can relax in the sitting area overlooking the sea and enjoy your meal at the dining table. The lawn and outdoor shower complete the experience. For the little guests, there is a baby crib, while bed linen, towels, shower gels, shampoo, conditioner, iron and clothes drying rack are provided. Other things you need to know Nimborio is a quiet seaside destination in South Evia, ideal for those seeking relaxation and nearby getaways. It is located between Marmari and Styra, about 2 hours by road from Athens, and there is also the possibility of traveling by sea. It has beautiful, crystal-clear waters with natural beauty. In Nimborio, there are taverns with excellent food, a beach bar with sunbeds and umbrellas where you can enjoy snacks and coffee, as well as a bar for your evening out. Just 15 minutes away by car, in Styra, you will find a supermarket, a pharmacy and everything else you need for your stay. Important Notes: The water in the area is not drinkable. A few bottles of bottled water are provided for your initial needs, however, we recommend that you purchase additional quantities from Styra. The barbecue (BBQ) is not available for use. Parties, indoor smoking, and pets are not allowed. In the village, you'll find traditional tavernas serving delicious Greek food, a beach canteen with sunbeds and umbrellas where you can enjoy snacks and coffee, and a small bar for evening outings. Just a 15-minute drive to Styra, you'll find a supermarket, a pharmacy, and everything else you may need during your stay. Important note Please note that the tap water in the area is not suitable for drinking.
