The space Welcome to our 2Br Duplex, ideally located on Rue de la Mairie. 📍 Location: Downtown & Serenity Our location is ideal: a 3-minute walk from all essential shops (bakery, butcher, supermarket, restaurants, bars...). Although you are in the heart of local life, the apartment is a true haven of peace! Located on the 1st floor of an old townhouse, above professional offices, you enjoy exceptional tranquility, without noise from the neighborhood. 🏠 The space You arrive in an entrance where you can leave your coats and shoes in a dedicated space. To your left you'll find the lounge, and to the right the living room, dining room and kitchen. After the kitchen, you will have access to a hallway leading to the shower room / toilet and to a staircase that gives access to the 2Br. 🛋️ Relaxation Living Room The living room is equipped with a sofa bed with a real mattress, a coffee table, a TV stand and a Smart TV. This space can easily serve as a third bedroom, as it is separate from the living room, thus offering more privacy. 🍽️ Open kitchen & dining area The open kitchen, equipped like at home, awaits you to prepare your meals. Its friendly bar area is ideal for breakfast. You will find all the necessary modern appliances there: large fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, induction stove, 2 coffee machines: percolator with coffee available and Nespresso (we do not provide capsules), toaster and kettle. In terms of dishes and glassware, you will find everything you need for your stay. An adjoining dining area has a beautiful table to comfortably accommodate your 6 guests. 🚿 Bathroom The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, a double sink on a cabinet with 4 drawers, and a washer-dryer. The toilets are separate, but you have to go through the bathroom to access them. 🌙 Upstairs: access to the 2Br, each with a portable air conditioner Bedroom 1: bedroom with a King Size bed (180 x 200 cm) with quality bedding. For those who need to work or write, a functional office space is available. Closets are available to store your belongings. The ironing board and iron are stored in this room. Bedroom 2: BD with two single beds (90 x 190 cm) that can be zipped together to form a double bed (180 x 190 cm) You will need to let us know the desired configuration when you book. Closets are available to store your belongings. ✨ Hotel Comfort Included We take care of the details so you immediately feel like you're on vacation. Upon arrival, the beds are neatly made and you will find one towel provided per person, so you don't have to bring extra luggage. 🪴Enjoy access to the small inner courtyard on the ground floor of the building. It's a perfect little green space. Please note that this courtyard is a space shared during the day with the professionals from the offices located downstairs. 👫Capacity and Access The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, 2 babies (2 free baby cots are available in the accommodation), and we accept your pets! 🐶 To walk your dog, you have 2 parks next to the apartment, including one where you can let your dog off its leash. Close to the apartment, you also have access to a beautiful forest (15 minutes' walk from the apartment) Check-in is done independently with a connected lock. 🚗 Parking: Parking is free on the street. You have a blue zone limited to 1 hour and 30 minutes right in front of the accommodation. A white zone, with no time limit, is also located about 100 meters away, on the next street.
