Nestled in the picturesque, traditional village of Stamnia, our villa combines absolute tranquility with easy access to the best beaches on the north coast (just a 15-minute drive). The villa consists of two state-of-the-art, self-contained levels (ground floor & 1st floor with an external staircase), offering a total of: 6 Bedrooms: Comfortable rooms with double beds and high-quality linens. The 2 main bedrooms (one on each floor) have air conditioning (A/C), while the other 4 bedrooms are equipped with fans for natural cooling. 3 Bathrooms: The ground floor has 1 spacious bathroom, while the upper floor has 2 bathrooms (one with a relaxing bathtub and the other with a walk-in shower), ensuring that there will be no waiting in the mornings! Both floors have washing machines. 2 Living Rooms & 2 Kitchens: Each floor has its own open-plan space. This means you have at your disposal two fully air-conditioned (A/C) living rooms with smart TVs, and two huge, fully equipped kitchens (with dishwasher, large ovens, and refrigerators), ideal for preparing meals for the whole group. The Outdoor The entire outdoor area is exclusively for your use: Dive into your private pool and relax in the luxurious wooden cabanas and on the sun loungers in the garden. The ground floor offers direct access without any stairs. Upstairs, a huge, covered balcony awaits you with a lovely hanging chair and a magnificent view of the pool and the village.
