House Silky - vacation, work and electric car charging

This is an approximately 65-square-meter (700-square-foot) apartment with 2 bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom must be requested separately. Upon request (please specify when booking), guests can use the family sauna (for €10), the fitness equipment, and the pool in summer. A Netto and an EDEKA are within walking distance, and the city center is about 0.9 miles (1.5 km) away. Several restaurants are also within walking distance. No smoking indoors. However, there is a solution upon request. Guest access The access rules are indicated on each door. Other things to note From my side, the individual bedrooms and beds are provided as follows and are therefore included in the price: Guests 1 and 2 in Bedroom 1 Guests 3 and 4 in Bedroom 2 Guest 5 in the living room If a different layout is desired, please indicate this when submitting the request to book. There may then be additional costs for cleaning and heating for the 2nd bedroom. In that case, you will receive a new price offer. Also, in the event that 2 people wish to sleep separately – 1 person in the bedroom, 1 person in the living room – please let me know, as different bed linens/sheets are provided for this.
