Home in Mito

Description

A private traditional Japanese house in Tokiwacho, Mito City, surrounded by history and nature. The entire home is yours, offering a calm, authentic stay. Kairakuen Garden, one of Japan’s Three Great Gardens, is a 5-minute walk away. With traditional sand-plastered walls, it provides a warm, peaceful atmosphere, ideal for couples, families, or small groups seeking a quiet cultural experience. Facilities are simple, perfect for guests who enjoy authentic Japanese stays. Other things to note As this is an old traditional house, the bathroom is not a modern unit bath. It is a retro, tile-style bathroom from the Showa era where you can experience a traditional Japanese bathing atmosphere. The bathroom is carefully cleaned before every stay and prepared in a sanitary condition. However, due to the age of the house, there may be some stains or marks that cannot be completely removed. Thank you for your understanding. This space is recommended for guests who would like to enjoy the unique atmosphere of a traditional Japanese house, rather than those expecting a modern hotel-style bathroom.
