Just a 10-minute walk from the center, the villa enjoys both the privacy and the convenience of its proximity to the ancient village of Barga. The private saltwater pool is 6 x 12 meters long and has ample space on the lawn for sunbathing. There are plenty of outdoor areas to unwind. The space The Villa has a 6 × 12 meter private saltwater pool, surrounded by a large equipped lawn, ideal for sunbathing and relaxing. The park also offers several outdoor areas dedicated to relaxation and socializing, where you can spend pleasant moments outdoors surrounded by tranquility and greenery. The house is built on two floors of about 200 square meters each. There is also a room in the turret of the villa with a breathtaking view. The ground floor of the villa is entirely dedicated to the living area: upon entering the house, there is the entrance with a piano and a sofa, on the left there is a large living room, connected to the study for total relaxation, while on the right there is a large dining room with a dining table, sofas, TV and fireplace. The dining room is connected to the kitchen equipped with a gas stove and electric oven. Microwave, toaster, kettle, pots and all kinds of dishes available. Also on the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower. The upper floor can be reached via a convenient staircase and there are four large bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning and a fan: 1 pink double bedroom; 1 blue master double bedroom with a bathroom equipped with a shower, a bathtub, a fireplace, and a terrace; 1 green double bedroom; 1 yellow bedroom with two single beds; and a bathroom with a shower. Going up a flight of stairs, you reach the laundry room equipped with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron; from this room, you can reach the outdoor area where the swimming pool is located. Going up a flight of stairs, you reach the house's turret, where there is a fifth double bedroom, also equipped with air conditioning and a fan. There is a breathtaking view of the Apuan Alps. Guest access The outdoor areas of the Villa have been designed to offer guests a stay surrounded by nature, in the spirit of tranquility and relaxation. At the front of the Villa, there is a relaxation area overlooking the Apuan Alps, furnished with a sofa and sun loungers and completely surrounded by the greenery and unspoiled nature of the surrounding valley. Also on the front of the Villa, near the kitchen, there is a gazebo with a large table, ideal for having lunch and dinner outdoors. In the pool area, there is a large green lawn equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers and parasols. It is the ideal space to listen to music, swim, sunbathe or simply relax and enjoy the tranquility of the place. In the same area, there is also a large table with benches, equipped with lighting so it can also be used in the evening, a wood-fired oven, a charcoal barbecue, a bathroom, and an outdoor shower. The entire Villa grounds, including all outdoor areas, are enclosed by a fence and accessed through an automatic gate equipped with a remote control. The gate has a width of 2.35 meters and is located at a semi-curve. To make access easier, it is therefore recommended to reach the Villa with small- or medium-sized cars. Large cars, on the other hand, can be parked in a public area located about 300 meters from the Villa. Inside the park, you can **park your car**. There is also an **electric vehicle charging station**, which we recommend using during daylight hours when the photovoltaic system benefits from sunlight. Finally, **Wi-Fi is also available in the outdoor areas**, allowing guests to stay connected even while enjoying the garden and pool. Other things to note The swimming pool and all the outdoor spaces described above are reserved for the exclusive use of the guests of the Villa and are not shared with others. The owner's house is also inside the park, but he only stays there occasionally. In any case, guests are always guaranteed complete privacy and confidentiality throughout their stay. The pool and all outdoor areas therefore remain at their exclusive disposal. The property also requires that at least one member of the group be at least 28 years old.
