Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. There are two large bedrooms, each with a king size bed. Two full bathrooms with showers, full size laundry room, and a trundle bed for those extra guests or grandchildren. Enclosed garage. Enjoy your time on the back patio cooking on the gas or charcoal grills, or relax in the sun. Because this is a retirement community, one tenant must be at least 55 years of age. Just a short drive to the recreation centers and golf courses. Other things to note No smoking allowed on the property.
