An early check-in from 12:00 PM or a late check-out until 12:00 PM or 6:00 PM is possible depending on availability and can be arranged for an additional fee. Cleaning during your stay can also be booked for an extra charge. A registration form must be completed prior to check-in. A decibel meter is installed in the apartment to monitor noise levels, as parties and similar activities are not allowed. The device meets all legal requirements and does not record any audio. Since the city of Kassel levies a 5% accommodation tax, a corresponding charge applies to the total booking amount. This tax is collected via the online check-in form.
