This peaceful accommodation in the heart of Auvergne nature offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Here, calm, space and fresh air are at the rendezvous and perfect for families with children and nature lovers. There are many hiking trails and walks accessible. The cottage enjoys an ideal location, only 2 km from the motorway interchange between Paris Béziers, Clermont-Ferrand - Montpellier, while guaranteeing the tranquility of a stay in the countryside. The space The cottage can accommodate up to 8 people, it is independent. It has: - 4 bedrooms with comfortable double bed - a large friendly living room - a fully equipped kitchen - Shower bathroom and bathtub - outdoor space to enjoy sunny days (dining and relaxation area). - a large enclosed indoor car park/garage (70 m2) ideal for putting your bikes, motorcycles, cars Linens are provided (sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels), however For a single night, an additional fee of 50 euros is applied and will be paid upon your arrival at the handover of the keys. No animals allowed. No smoke in the accommodation. Baby equipment ( crib, highchair, bathtub ) Cleaning Fee: The end of stay cleaning is optional. If you wish to benefit from it, a cleaning fee of 60 euros will be payable upon key handover. Note: the accommodation must be made clean and tidy if the cleaning option is not chosen. Our cottage is close to 2 A75 motorway exchangers (about 2 kms) EXIT 26 VIEILLESPESSE and EXIT 25 ST PONCY. Practical info: Right across the street from the cottage is a store called "Les p'tites crêtes", which offers regional products, as well as bread and pastries on weekends only. The house is in the countryside , you will enjoy an authentic environment with the natural smells of nature and the animals living nearby. Close to many activities available to you: hiking, nature walk, mountain biking, fishing, discovering the typical villages of Cantal.
