This beautiful brand new one-bedroom loft is perfect for two. Oak flooring throughout with an open plan living space, it has floor to ceiling glass at the apex end to take in the views. A compact kitchen makes it easy to prepare breakfast or light meals. The seating area offers a comfortable place to relax, the sofa bed works equally as well as a double bed. The bathroom is finished to a high standard with a walk-in power shower. The loft is fitted with air conditioning/heating. Gated parking. The space The loft space is an exciting new addition to our two other Airbnb rentals. It sits above a newly built 3-bay oak framed garage within our gated property. You can park your car a few steps away from the loft and the external stairs up to the property are easy to manage. The floors are oak throughout and the space is tastefully decorated in greens and sandy colours. There are beautiful views across the garden and fields beyond through the large apex window at the far end. It's a quiet area so you should sleep very soundly - the sofa bed is equally as comfy as a sofa than as a double bed and we have invested in quality bed linen, pillows and duvet to ensure a good night's sleep. The kitchenette has all you need for breakfast and very light meals (please note there is no hob) although there is a microwave / oven. There is also a small dishwasher, fridge, kettle and toaster. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, heated mirror, toilet and sink. We have also installed an air conditioner / heater so you can keep cool in the Summer and warm in the Winter! Please note that our other Airbnb property (the Cottage) shares the driveway. They are completely separate and noise does not travel between the two. There are no windows that overlook either properties to ensure maximum privacy. Other things to note The sofa bed is slightly larger than a standard double bed at 140cm x 195cm, and has a topper for comfort.
