The house's beach

bring the family, a romantic getaway, girls or guy trip. A beautiful private beach is across the street that belongs to the community of ocean resorts co-op. it's a 5 min walk from the house. there is a cart to bring the beach chairs, beach bag, umbrella and beach towels. all supplies are at the house. when your done with the beach come back to enjoy the Olympics size heated salt water pool and in the evening take a walk down to the marine to see the manatees or you can play tennis.561 247 3577 The space the house is 1000 square ft. 2 bedroom, 2 fullbath. fully equipped kitchen and living space. everything is supplied. keurig coffee maker. the house was just painted in September 2020 and a new powerful A/C unit was installed in July 2020. The mattress are replaced ever 2 years and are very comfortable. we added 2 new recliners for you to relax in. a leather futon with charging ports added in June 2021. the floors where redone with vinyl wood planks and new higher tiolet where also added in each bathroom in June 2021. the space is very comfortable for 5 people the master has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom is a bunk bed with a full on bottom and a twin on top. full size washer and dryer in 2nd bathroom. Guest access there is a lockbox to let you in. Other things to note shopping , grocery and all types of restaurants are North and South. all are about a 15 to 18 min drive. there is excellent golf courses in the area and fishing. there is multiple brewery in the area same drive time.
